58th Annual General Council Meeting - Madurai
The 58th Annual General Council Meeting of BEEA TNEB was convened at Meenakshi Sundareswarar Hall, Madurai, presided over by State President Er. P. Sundaramoorthy with State General Secretary Er. E. Natarajan delivering the biennial progress report. Over 800 delegate power engineers and supervisors from all 44 distribution circles adopted a unanimous 12-point resolution demanding promotional parity, GPF safety, and timely tripartite wage settlements.

Comprehensive hands-on technical workshop on Extra High Voltage (EHV) substation modernization, SCADA integration, and IEC 61850 communication protocols organized by BEEA Technical Committee. Over 120 Junior and Assistant Engineers from TANTRANSCO completed simulation training in numerical distance relays and automated fault trip analysis.
